About the position 

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Marketing Team Lead: Senior Growth Marketing Professional with relevant experience and education who can take our company’s marketing vision and take it further to help us succeed both internationally (Norway, Sweden, and possibly in near future Netherlands or Germany). You will help building a team of 4 to 6 marketing specialists, and you will join an extensive network of specialized professionals that will support you on your own projects, campaigns, and solutions on how to execute them. You will answer to the Head of Marketing.  

Your responsibilities 

Ordrestyring is a market leader in Denmark and needs to become a strong player internationally. Your job will be to help us strengthen our position across all markets and at the same time take the lead on all international marketing plan and activities. 

• You will be in charge of the planning and execution of marketing activities to reach our growth and brand awareness targets.  
• Working together with the rest of the marketing team in the office, you will also have access to resources to reach our goals. 
• We expect you to be comfortable managing projects and people, managing your own time and budget, multitasking, 
• We expect you to have a strong business understanding and therefore aiming for the greater good of the company and not just the scope of your own job description.  
• You will also work closely with our awesome colleagues in Product, Customer Success, Sales, and partner relations with the overall purpose to reach our targets for new users and MRR. 

Your qualifications 

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in marketing
• Proven experience as growth/marketing manager or similar role 
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements such as: performance marketing, marketing campaigns, SEO, customer journeys, ICPs 
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools. We love to measure everything and need to be even better at understanding our data 
• Ability to create content and/or manage all sorts of content creation: text, photo, video, graphics – you are not afraid to get your hands dirty even if it is not your specialty 
• Well-organized and detail oriented – especially when it comes to our brand delivery 
• Exceptional communication and writing skills in Danish and English – other languages such as Swedish, Norwegian or Dutch are a big plus 
• Commercial sense partnered with a creative mindset 
• We expect you to be curious, meticulous, initiative taking, and disruptive 

As a Marketing Team Lead / Senior Growth Marketing professional in Ordrestyring, you should be able to understand and analyze better than anyone audience behavior, provide us with relevant customer insights and anticipate new trends in order to come up with the most adequate strategy.
